Errors trying to run Efficientdet.ipynb (spec_train.yaml compatibility)

I’m trying to run notebooks/tao_launcher_starter_kit/efficientdet_tf2 which I’ve cloned from github.

The notepad fails at the step ‘convert training data to TFRecords’ where it appears that spec_train.yaml isn’t compatible with the version of TAO toolkit I’m running (4.0.1)

# convert training data to TFRecords
!sed -i "s|DATADIR|$DATA_DOWNLOAD_DIR|g" $LOCAL_SPECS_DIR/spec_train_fixed.yaml
!tao efficientdet_tf2 dataset_convert -e $SPECS_DIR/spec_train_fixed.yaml \
    dataset_convert.results_dir=$DATA_DOWNLOAD_DIR

This is running in Python 3.6.9 on Ubuntu 22 with RTX 5000. I’m trying to run the notepad with no modification.

Could you please docker pull the nvcr.io/nvidia/tao/tao-toolkit:6.0.0-tf2 and then docker run into it?
