Failed building wheel of h5py

Description

I am unable to install tensorflow on my Jetson Orin. I am getting the error Failed building wheel of h5py similar to other issues in the past but those solutions were not for Jetpack 6.0 and Jetson Orin Nano.

Environment

TensorRT Version: 8.6.2.3
GPU Type:
Nvidia Driver Version:
CUDA Version: 12.2.140
CUDNN Version: 8.9.4.25
Operating System + Version: Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
