Thank you very much for granting the previous extension—I truly appreciate it. I wanted to follow up as I’m still in the process of completing the Building LLM Applications With Prompt Engineering course and, unfortunately, wasn’t able to fully finish it within the extended timeframe.
I’m very close to completion and would be extremely grateful if there’s any possibility of an additional short extension so I can wrap up the remaining sections.
Thank you again for your understanding and support.
Thank you. I’m trying to use it but I’m getting an usual error “We encountered an error. Please try again.“ See attachment. Am I missing anything? Thanks again
Thanks for the guidance. I have opened a formal support case with the DLI team as requested. For reference, the Case ID is 01057779.
I wanted to leave some honest feedback here as well, which might help the engineering team solve the root cause of these frequent extension requests.
The issue seems to be that the course timer (and the GPU resource allocation) burns continuously while we are simply reading the instructional text. In reality, we only need the compute resources for a few seconds to execute a cell, yet the system counts the 10-15 minutes spent reading the concepts against our total quota.
It feels very inefficient to have a full instance active and burning time just for reading. If the platform could distinguish between “reading time” and “execution time,” or handle resource assignment more dynamically, it would save NVIDIA resources and prevent learners from getting blocked in the middle of their certification.
