Hi!

I’m excited to join this forum and be part of the NVIDIA community. I’m currently enrolled in the course “Building RAG Agents with LLMs”, and I hope this is the right place to address an issue I’m facing.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the course so far, but I’ve encountered a problem: when I try to launch the interactive session, I receive the message, “You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.”

I understand that I may have spent too much time exploring and training, but the material offered was both extensive and engaging. Since the course is designated as “self-paced,” I didn’t anticipate encountering this limitation. Being my first course on this platform, I wasn’t aware of this constraint, and had I known, I would have planned my time differently and spent more effort offline to dive deeper into the material.

Would it be possible to grant me an extension to complete the final exercise @TomNVIDIA (8 hours would help alot)? I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to finish the course and put the knowledge I’ve gained into practice.

I have the same error with the “Getting Started With Deep Learning” course. I have a few more labs to complete and would like to request at least 6 more hours @TomNVIDIA
