I’ve recently enrolled in NVIDIA’s online course Model Parallelism: Building and Deploying Large Neural Networks and have recently started progressing through the material.

I’ve really enjoyed the course so far, but I encountered an issue while trying to launch the interactive session for the assignment. The system displays the message: “You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.”

I understand I may have used more time than expected during training, but the course material was very detailed which led me to dive deeper into the content. As this is the first course I’ve taken on your platform, I wasn’t aware of lab time limits and would have managed my time differently had I known.

Could I possibly extend my lab time so that I can complete the final exercise? I would greatly appreciate your support.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Thank you so much. The extended time is reasonably needed to understand the notebook, which is full of theoretical aspects associated with codes.

I completed Lab-1 and Lab-2 learning tasks and understood DeepSpeed for NLP and CV.

Unfortunately, I still need a few more hours for the assessment. Could I humbly request one or two more hours so that I can finish that last milestone?
