Dear NVIDIA Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am enrolled in the “Accelerating End-to-End Data Science Workflows” course and have found it incredibly valuable. However, I am encountering an issue while attempting to complete the final exercise. The error message “You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment” is preventing me from launching the interactive session.

As a first-time participant, I was unaware of the time constraints associated with the course and did not anticipate this. I would have spent some time offline to delve deeper into the presented materials had I been aware before. I understand the importance of pacing but would it be possible to request a time extension to successfully complete the final exercise.

I appreciate your consideration and look forward to your guidance on how to proceed.
