I ran into this bug myself. The latest win10 insider build doesn’t work with cuda.

How does one report wsl related bugs to nvidia?

Also does not work with build 20236

Build 20236 works correctly for me. It’s reported to work correctly for many others on github WSL issue.

Thanks for the info, build 20236 was not working for my case.
The release announcement also mentioned an known issue,

  • [ADDED] We’re investigating GPU Compute scenarios, such as using CUDA and DirectML, not working inside of the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL).
