Games Freeze when starting it with Proton/Wine independent of Version with different drivers tested under Manjaro and Kubuntu

I don’t know why only 2133 is autodetected, everything (cpu/board/memory) should support 3200. Maybe it’s broken or fake?
In case the gpu is really broken, any chance to test it in another system?
