GPU0 0% fan speed using 410+ drivers on 1080ti multi-gpu

When using 410+ drivers on Linux with 13 GPU Cards, GPU0 it shows 0% fan speed also using the nvidia-settings shows 0RPM.

On 396 and older it works perfect.
