Hard freeze / GPU has fallen off the bus on Ubuntu 20.04 with driver 530.30.02

I have recently had a few hard freezes. System is unresponsive to mouse movements, or TTY switching. I have not seen this issue before upgrading my drivers, but have not confirmed that it happens with different drivers. It seems to happen randomly has happened in periods of while I was using the computer at a low load, but not during times of stress (e.g. high utilization/temp of GPU)

3090 founders edition
AMD 7950x
ASRock Steel Legend X650E
BIOS 1.18.AS04
Ubuntu 20.04 / Linux 5.15.0-69-generic x86_64

I am unable to run the bug report command after the hard freeze, but I ran it after I rebooted the computer and was in gnome.

Same problem here. It seems to be triggered by switching desktop (I am using gnome), or switching active window using ALT+Tab.

The systems hangs completely and only a hard reset helps.
