I would like to know if DELTA (HGX-2 Next) GPU A100 8GPU NVlink could support CUDA 11.0.
O/S is Ubuntu 18.04.

Yes, it should work. Still would recommend using the latest CUDA version (11.2) and also you must use a driver compatible with your GPUs. For this I would recommend the latest GPU driver for A100.
