Dump the uart log and it will tell what is going on.
Check if your TX/RX/GND pin are correctly connected.
Also try other console tool other than minicom. For example, picocom.

How about you flash your nano with normal jetpack/sdkmanager again and let it boot into system?
If nano is able to boot into system, then uart 100% will have log printed. If it does not, it means the connection or minicom setting is wrong…
i use the commend :dmesg --follow
What is your command to use minicom? Have you tried picocom?

There is no such service here. Your problem is more like t he cp210x driver is not compatible with your host.
Try to use other kind of usb-ttl cable.
