What packaging tool should I use if I want to package the deepstream so libraries and the calling code files into an executable? How do I package it?
So that I can run it directly on a jetson device without deepstream installed.

Almost all DeepStream libs and headers are in the /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream folder.

But I develop compiled programs with clion and package them with packaging tools, there is not a good tool or method to automatically package deepstream together, do you have a good method? thank you!

No. Nvidia does not provide such tool.
