How to address the error. "Unable to determine the device handle for GPU 0000:03:00.0: Unknown Error"

Driver Version: 510.73.05
GPU: 2 (3070ti and 3060)
Power Supply: 1200W

I have suffered from this error (Unable to determine the device handle for GPU 0000:03:00.0: Unknown Error) many times. When I restart the computer, the GPUs can work. But, after a few days, the error comes back again.

Here is more information about my GPUs:

Found 2 NVIDIA devices
    Device ID:    0
    Device name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (*PrimaryCard)
    GPU internal ID:  GPU-b1f66cbc-3ab1-9d3b-22fb-7albbee6dc6d
Error: nvmlDeviceGetHandleByIndex(): Unknown Error
FAILED to get details on GPU (0x1): Unknown Error

NVRM: Xid (PCI:0000:03:00): 79, pid=0, GPU has fallen off the bus.
Most common causes are overheating, lack of power on peaks. Please monitor temperatures, limit clocks using nvidia-smi -lgc
