may I know which JetPack release you’re used, also, which Nano platform you’re working with, is it Nano-SD?

i use JP 4.4 L4T 32.4.3, now I am using the microSD module, in production we will only have 16 GB on eMMC

I’ve never tried with LVM before for storage device management.

FYI,
please also refer to developer guide and check Partition Configuration session.
it’s APP partition which contains the RootFS, there’s also have size definition by APPSIZE.
