How to change bbox-border-color for sgie1

Please provide complete information as applicable to your setup.

• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU) Jetson Nano
• DeepStream Version 5.1
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only) 4.5.1
• TensorRT Version 7.1.3+cuda10.2
• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs) Question

Hi,

I am using below lines in dstest1_sgie1_config.txt but nothing changes.

bbox-border-color0=1;0;0;1   
bbox-border-color1=0;1;1;1
