How to change debug to normal uart on the jeston xavier NX board?

We want to use UART2(debug) as a general uart such as UART1(40PIN) function.
How to change the code？

please access Jetson Xavier NX Product Design Guide and check the chapter-12.3 for the UART chapter.
the Jetson Xavier NX brings three UARTs out to the main connector, you should also refer to [Figure 12-5. Jetson Xavier NX UART Connections].
you should also refer to Topic 154398 for the steps to disable debug console.
