How to connect AGX Xavier to ZCU104

Dear all,

I would like to use the Jetson Xavier for online retraining of models deployed on the Xilinx ZCU104 using the pynq framework.

Do you have any suggestions on what’s the best option for these two boards to communicate?

I don’t have experience with Xilinx FPGA, but many use cases are using PCIE, see below:
