I want to make the nvidia driver run without profiles, or disable everything like the nvidia control panel 3D settings, by modifying the registry or some gadget or something

After default driver installation using the manual download - not GeForce Experience - you will have a vanilla driver installed that does not enforce any kind of settings that are not essential for driver operations. Any “profiles” at that point are set by the operating system. For example power settings in Windows.

If you don’t run the NVIDIA control panel, it will not change any settings.
