How to enable 2 cards sync display under ubuntu 18.04.

Hi All,

Under ubuntu 18.04, insert 2 pcs 2080Ti to PCIE slot,and connects hdmi monitor to hdmi port, then installation NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-430.40.run,after completely installation, we found only one card can display, the other one shows black screen. Open NVIDIA X Server Settings, not find any methods to enable the second monitor.So how to enable the second monitor? Please see attachments.
