How to enable ATS(Address Translation Service)?

I wonder whether ATS (described in GTC19_S9727_Memory_Management_on_Modern_GPU_Architectures (nvidia.com), Page 70) is supported in Jetson AGX Xavier? How to enable this feature?

No. Please use cudaMallocManaged(.) for allocation.
