How to install TensorRT 7.2 (or higher) on Jetson NX

Since there is some issues on TensorRT 7.1, I am trying to upgrade to TensorRT 7.2 (or higher) on my NX. But on the website, there is no suitable TensorRT 7.2 (or higher) version for NX, because the cuda version need to be cuda 11.1 for TensorRT 7.2.1, is it work that cuda 11.1 installed on Jetson NX and is it possible that TensorRT 7.2 installed on Jetson NX?

Hi @user6348, it’s not supported to install different versions of TensorRT outside of JetPack, because the version of TensorRT is dependent on the version of CUDA/cuDNN and L4T kernel/GPU driver that come with JetPack.

I am going to try TensorRT 8 with Jetpack 4.6, is that possible upgrade my NX from Jetpack 4.5 to 4.6 without re-flashing? Because I don’t want to transfer all my files at this time…
