I have a question regarding power supply, I post it on the Linux forum since my server does work in linux and the commands I can run on it are only Linux commands. After the obvious has been stated, let me start with my question.
I have two Tesla C1060 and one C2050 in my server. Now, the three of them are working perfectly. However, the speed of some of my 16 processor is slower than usual. Could this be because of a power issue? How could I check it (without actually having to physically remove the card from the power supply).

You may try engaging C2050 into something computationally intensive and which persists for some time, simultaneously you can run some stuff on both C1060 – Now, just run the same stuff on any one of these cards, keeps others idle. If you see huge performance difference, that might give you the answer.
