Hi,
When I ran the blueprint cfd demo before, the aeronim services were all normal.
However, when trying to run it today, I’m encountering an HTTP status client error (402 Payment Required) for the URL (https://api.ngc.nvidia.com/v2/org/nim/team/nvidia/models/domino-drivsim/0.3.0/files).
Is this just a temporary service outage, or does my environment’s NGC API key need to be updated?

I am facing the same issue as well
Hi,
I checked with the team and there have been no changes to the license requirements for that container. Please can you check that you still have a valid Developer Programs license or NVIDIA AI enterprise license?
Could you also check that you are able to pull an alternative container which requires the same licenses for us? NVIDIA Retrieval QA Llama 3.2 1B Reranking v2 | NVIDIA NGC Take a look at that one and let us know if you see the same error, or if it is specific to the domino-drivesim container.
Best,
Sophie
Hi @sophwats ,
Thank you for the reply.
Following your suggestion, I tried downloading and starting the NIM container, and followed the “Get Started With NeMo Retriever Text Reranking NIM” guide to test the container startup.
It seems the service started successfully.
Furthermore, I executed curl -X 'GET' 'http://localhost:2020/v1/health/ready' (I changed 8000 to 2020 because another service is using port 8000) and received the {"object":"health-response","message":"Service is ready."} information, so everything appears to be normal.
However, I am still encountering the same error mentioned previously when trying to start the Blueprints aeronim service.
The log of activate NIM service is here.

Hi @sophwats
As @abhijit7 said, I was able to pull and work with the alternate container too. But the ‘402 Payment required’ error remains for the DoMINO container. Let me know if you need any additional information.
Thanks!
Thanks for the updates, both, and for confirming that you can pull another container with no issues. I have reached out to the DoMINO team and shared this info with them,
I’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

Sophie

I am facing the same issue as well.
Other NIM containers such as Get Started With NeMo Retriever Text Reranking NIM or earth2-weather-analytics are working well.
This is the only one having this issue.
We are actively working to resolve this issue asap. I’ll keep you updated as I’m able.
Best,
Sophie
All,
Thanks for bringing this error to our attention.
We have made some changes and you should now be able to deploy the container and run the demo. Please let us know if you have any issues.
Best,
Sophie
It looks like the service is now running normally. Thanks for your help!
