I cannot recieve can msgs from a can bus using AGX Orin

I have followed this document Controller Area Network (CAN) — Jetson Linux<br/>Developer Guide 34.1 documentation and all is set properly and the loop back test is working well but when I connect the Orin to the real can bus it doesn’t recieve any thing

I’m using jetpack 6.1

What’s the Jetpack version in use?

Please share the block diagram of your connection with CAN device.
Do you connect CAN transceiver to convert CAN TX/RX to CAN-H/CAN-L?
