Inception Program - Cannot get a response from inceptionprogram about Google Cloud credits

Hello!

My company has been a member of the Nvidia Inception program for nearly a year. I recently applied for the $25k of Google Cloud credits and was approved by Nvidia Inception. I then applied for the credits through the Google Cloud Startup program and only received $2k of credit, as they were unable to verify that I was approved by the Nvidia Inception program.

I have sent a few emails to inceptionprogram@nvidia.com with the subject line “Benefits Assistance”, but for over a month, I haven’t received any response. I’m not sure if my emails aren’t going through or if Inception is working through a large backlog of requests. Is there anyone on here that can point me in the right direction, or perhaps an individual at the Inception Program that can help move this request along?
