Hi Nvidia, I have applied to $100K AWS credit under Nvidia Inception Scale Tier. My company is eligible for Scale Tier. The problem is that it is well over 5-10 business day, but I haven’t heard anything from Nvidia Inception.
I emailed to nvidiainception@amazon.com and inceptionprogram@nvidia.com, but I haven’t received any update.
On top of that, after the Inception Portal started to work with AirTable, it is quite flaky. On Safari, the benefit request seems to be fired off even before I fill the survey. Therefore, I suspect that my application went with empty fields. After realizing the bug, I re-submitted on Chrome.
Please help me out. I consumed all of my $25K AWS credit by yesterday.
Hi @luke153
Did you ever receive a reply on this?
Fortunately, I got the proper response from inceptionprogram@nvidia.com. He said that I would need to wait for a few business days more. Will keep this matter updated for the community.

Hi can you tell me the process of 100k credits?
How to get?
I am planning to build an AI project
An update. I was able to talk with a guy from AWS, and he approved the $75K credit. It hasn’t been applied to my billing console yet so the case is not fully resolved but I think I am in a good shape now. So essentially what happened were
-
The Inception Application running on Airtable had critical bugs with Safari. My first 2-3 applications were submitted with empty fields. It seems that those applications were automatically “removed” instead of rejected.
-
Only after I submitted a new application on Chrome, NVIDIA was able to confirm that they could see my application on their system.
-
I have waited for about 3 weeks. No news. It was weird because the NVIDIA staff told me that even if I get rejected, AWS is supposed to notify me. So I tried to search my inbox one by one. I finally found it. AWS emailed me pretty fast actually, but unlike the $10K and $25K tiers, the email came with a completely different title, body format and tone (a bit promotional).

And $100K credit benefit asks you to jump into a call with an AWS representative. It was not an interview or a pitch but more like getting to know what I am building and estimating my future spending. During the call, he approved on his end so I am expecting it to be applied on my dashboard in a few days.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m sure this will be helpful information to others in the future.
I am having the same problem you had. Tried applying for the additional $75K credits through the NVidia portal. When I select Benefits it take me to Airtable where I get an error message saying Unable to request access to interface.
How did you manage to get your credits sorted?
