Help Finding Organization ID To Activate AWS Credits As A NVIDIA Inception Program Member

Hi, I am trying to activate $100K cloud credits for my Org account, but it is asking me input with Organization ID. This is a 4 or 5 digit ID you will receive from your affiliated organization, where do I find this information?

I visited https://nvcrm.my.site.com/Inception/s/benefits-request but nothing loads on this page. I believe it is under maintenance and I have emailed inceptionprogram@nvidia.com but have not heard back.

I reached out to the Inception team, unfortunately, they don’t see any requests from you in their system.

The portal will re-open next Monday 2/17. At that time, you can login to the portal and request the benefit.

I have an approved request for $25K AWS Activate credits, and I also reached out to Nvidia Inception team via email regarding the approval process once AWS Activate contacts them. However, I haven’t received any response yet. Has anyone else faced a similar issue, and if so, how long did it take to get a reply?

The portal will re-open next Monday 2/17. At that time, you can login to the portal and request the benefit.

Unfortunately we can’t see your process once it leaves our world. We recommend that you contact AWS directly as soon as you have been approved by NVIDIA, as everything else will be on AWS.
