Getting AWS cloud credits #inception

Hi,

We are happy to be part of the NVIDIA Inspection Program for https://optimus-health.ch/. I am trying to claim the benefits of AWS credits, but I need the organization ID.

Earlier, I opened the AWS Cloud Credits form in the Benefits Catalog, but at that time, my startup did not meet the eligibility criteria, so I closed it without submitting.

Now we are eligible, but the page shows “Request already submitted”, and the Request Benefit button is disabled. I am unable to submit a new application.

Please help unlock or reset the form so I can submit my request.

I’m facing the same issue. I emailed inceptionprogram@nvidia.com but received a generic response below.
”Thank you for reaching out.
After completing the Airtable form, you will either receive a confirmation with conditional approval or be notified within 5-7 business days if further review is needed. Final approvals and credit activation occur within 7-10 business days. Please note,
the review and approval of this benefit is solely managed by AWS, and they will provide you with an Org ID. Unfortunately, NVIDIA does not have visibility into the status of your application. For questions, please

. The problem was my browser settings blocking the pop-up. After I closed and reopened the browser, the green button became greyed out.
