I’m a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program and have activated my $10k AWS credits benefit.
I then applied for AWS Activate using this benefit.
However, AWS Activate rejected my application with the following email, stating that they haven’t received confirmation of my affiliation from NVIDIA:
"Hello, We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to process your AWS Activate Portfolio credits application because the AWS Activate Provider listed on your application form has not confirmed your affiliation. If you believe this is an error and you are associated with the AWS Activate Provider listed on your application, then follow the steps below:
- Ensure the primary applicant email address in your AWS Activate application is the same email address on file with your AWS Activate Provider. If the email address does not match, please submit a new application ensuring your email address matches. Please note that the email field in the application is case-sensitive.
- Reach out to your AWS Activate Provider and remind them to be on the lookout for the confirmation email that will be sent by AWS Activate to approve your application. If your provider cannot find the confirmation email from us after 7 days from your application submission date, please have them contact their assigned AWS representative."

I’ve already sent two emails to InceptionProgram@nvidia.com from my registered email (jungwon423@mymi.live) a week apart, but I haven’t received any response yet. AWS Activate continues to tell me that they’re waiting for confirmation from the provider (NVIDIA Inception).
Has anyone else experienced a similar delay? How long does it typically take for NVIDIA to respond to these confirmation requests? Is there a better way to expedite this process?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
