AWS Activate credit via NVIDIA Inception: repeated false positive "email/domain mismatch" rejection

Hi all,

I’m trying to claim my AWS Activate credits through my NVIDIA Inception membership, but the application keeps getting auto-rejected with the same reason that my AWS account email doesn’t match my application domain, and that a free email provider was used.

In my case this is a clear false positive:

  • My Activate application email & my AWS account (root user) email are both on my company domain.
  • No free email provider (Gmail/Outlook/etc.) is used anywhere in the application
  • My website is live and fully functional
  • The business domain on the application is correct

Things I’ve already done, and still get the identical boilerplate rejection:

  • Updated the AWS root user sign-in email to my company-domain email
  • Confirmed the website loads and is functional
  • Made sure company name, domain, and all business details are consistent everywhere

Questions:

  1. Has anyone resolved this exact false positive (mismatch flagged even when email + domain match perfectly)? What finally worked?
  2. To the NVIDIA team — since Inception is the Activate Provider here, could someone help escalate this to the AWS Activate partnership contact for a manual review? I’m happy to share my Organization ID and AWS Account ID privately via DM.

Any workarounds or guidance would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
