Installing Azure SDK for cognitive services in Jetson Nano Developer Kit

I have a Jetson Nano Developer Kit, I am using Azure REST API for Speech to Text cognitive service, I want to upload a file through IoT Hub using Azure SDK. Does this device support Azure SDK and can I use the edge for this purpose?
