has anyone successfully installed cuda-9.0 (cuda_9.0.103_384.59_linux.run) or cuda-9.1 under Ubuntu 17.10. Which has a gcc compiler 7.x and not the 6.x and with the latest Linux kernel?
I am not interested in installing from the sudo apt-get install nvidia… only from the run file.
