Hi all,
I’m trying to redo instructions to upgrade to doca v1.1
When trying to install Doca on Bluefield DPU, my bluefield does not have network access, I have setup the firewall, but still unable to do " apt-get update", do I have to change the mode to separated mode?
Because in Bluefield 1 we had the same issue and were not able to fix proxy setting in the embedded mode
Ideally the oob_net0 would be connected into a separate out of band management network. But in embedded mode, you can still configure an interface on the DPU and assign and IP address and route to go out through the OVS bridges for network access.
Thanks @jubetz , can you please clarify how to set OVS bridges for network access? the problem I have is that I don’t see p2p1 p2p2 interfaces in the document, what are these interfaces that we need to assign IP addresses?
Here are the interfaces I see on my first Bluefield2 card, is p2p1 equal to p0 and p2p2 equal to p1?:
