SmarteCAM is a smart camera based on the SONY STARVIS IMX290 image sensor with an Image Signal Processor (ISP) that supports HDR (High Dynamic Range), and an NVIDIA® TX2 module as the host. This programmable artificial intelligence camera comes with the ability to integrate with three other sensors including Sony STARVIS™ IMX415, Onsemiconductor’s AR0821, and AR0234. e-con Systems also provides support to develop machine learning and deep learning based algorithms on the camera for various applications.
Features such as High Dynamic Range (HDR), ruggedness, low light imaging, and the ability to run multiple AI algorithms make SmarteCAM suitable for all smart city and intelligent video analytics (IVA) applications.
