Is CUDA 9 available for Ubuntu 14.04 for x86_64 platform?

Is CUDA 9 available for Ubuntu 14.04 for x86_64 platform? I couldn’t find the link in the CUDA downloads page.
The following snapshot that I captured shows that links are available only for 16.04 and 17.04.

supported configs are listed in the linux install guide:

http://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-installation-guide-linux/index.html#system-requirements

Ubuntu 14.04 is not listed.

Wish it would be supported. Several developers are still on Ubuntu 14.04 and its not easy to move OS versions in a corporate setting.

This is indeed a major problem. Are there plans to add 14.04 support?

I also would like to understand why they dropped 14.04 support. As a consequence of going the GTX 1080 ti cards, we had to update the OS to 16.04 (not needed for the plain GTX 1080) on several machines, which then required driver updates for other SDI cards. Those updates then broke something on all the systems that were working. This has really been a costly and time-consuming exercise, and 14.04 had at least two more years of LTS support!
