Isaac Examples not available, ./python.sh

Hello, I was trying to work on the tutorials for Core API and when I have made changes using VS code, I have lost most of my extension files.

I have checked the extensions and the Isaac Sim examples extension says failed to solve extension dependency. How should I solve this problem? I also cannot run the python code using ./python.sh on powershell, Ubuntu it says
-bash: ./python.sh: No such file or directory.
