Greetings to all,

Has anyone encountered the below issue when running ib_send_bw or ib_write_bw? I am testing it between a VMware ESXi-based virtual machine and a physical Nvidia DGX1 machine.

current implementation is not compatible with versions older than 5.70

I could successfully tested it between two virtual machines.

Hi @dwaxman, Thanks for your prompt reply. I installed the latest Perftest from source as per the manual. The OFED version on the DGX1 is 5.8-4.1.5. On the Ubuntu-based virtual machine with a PVRDMA network adapter, there is no OFED. It seems to me that it is working via the rdma-core package, and the device type is shown as rocep2s3f1. Is this the correct way to proceed? I mean, can I test RoCE between virtualized PVRDMA and physical mlx5_0, mlx5_1, mlx5_2, and mlx5_3 adapters?
