Issue Trying to Install Stable Diffusion

I recently have to flash my Jetson Orin Nano again due to some issues. While trying to setup Stable Diffusion this round using this guide:
https://www.jetson-ai-lab.com/tutorial_stable-diffusion.html
I am hit with a very weird error message below which I have never encountered previously, the last few lines of the errors are:

stderr: WARNING: Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'NewConnectionError('<pip._vendor.urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0xffff908076a0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 113] No route to host')': /jp6/cu126/numpy/

Did something break again? :(

I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue with your Jetson Orin Nano.

Firstly, I’d like to acknowledge that you’ve had to reflash your Jetson Orin Nano due to some issues, and now you’re encountering a weird error message while trying to set up Stable Diffusion using the guide from Jetson AI Lab.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide more details about the error message you’re seeing? Specifically, the last few lines of the error message would be helpful. Additionally, have you made any changes to your setup or configuration since the last time you successfully ran Stable Diffusion on your Jetson Orin Nano?

That being said, I can try to provide some general troubleshooting steps and potential causes for the issue.

  1. Check the guide and dependencies: Double-check that you’ve followed the guide correctly and that all dependencies are installed and up-to-date.
  2. Verify the Jetson Orin Nano’s configuration: Ensure that your Jetson Orin Nano is properly configured and that the power modes are set correctly. You can refer to the NVIDIA documentation for more information on configuring the Jetson Orin Nano.
  3. Check for software updates: Make sure that your Jetson Orin Nano is running the latest software versions, including the JetPack SDK and any other relevant software packages.
  4. Inspect the error message: Look for any clues in the error message that might indicate the cause of the issue. Check for any specific error codes, file paths, or library names that might be relevant.

In terms of potential causes, here are a few possibilities:

  • Software compatibility issues: It’s possible that there’s a compatibility issue between the Stable Diffusion software and the Jetson Orin Nano’s software configuration.
  • Power mode issues: The Jetson Orin Nano has different power modes that can affect performance and functionality. It’s possible that the power mode is not set correctly, leading to the error.
  • Dependency issues: Stable Diffusion may rely on specific dependencies or libraries that are not installed or configured correctly on your Jetson Orin Nano.

To further assist you, I’d like to ask a few more questions:

  • Have you tried running other AI models or applications on your Jetson Orin Nano since the reflash?
  • Are you using the same guide and software versions as before, or have you updated to newer versions?
  • Have you checked the NVIDIA forums or documentation for any known issues or troubleshooting guides related to Stable Diffusion on the Jetson Orin Nano?

Please feel free to provide more information or clarify any of these points, and I’ll do my best to help you troubleshoot the issue.

Hi,

We have updated the URL of our apt server.
Please update the INDEX_HOST=jetson-ai-lab.io in .env file.

Thanks.

I came her because I am getting the same error.

I have no idea where to set ‘INDEX_HOST=jetson-ai-lab.io’ - and this is not detailed in the instructions at Stable Diffusion - NVIDIA Jetson AI Lab

I tried setting ‘INDEX_HOST=jetson-ai-lab.io’ in the session - then running “jetson-containers run $(autotag stable-diffusion-webui)” again - but I still get:

How do I get it to look at jetson-ai-lab.io instead of pypi.jetson-ai-lab.dev ?

Help!

Hi,

You can find it in the .env file within the jetson-container folder:

Please update the file and try it again.
Thanks.

I updated the file, and ran:
bash jetson-containers/install.sh

Same error. :(

Hi,

We have a container that supports JetPack 6.2.1.
Please check if you can use it instead:

Thansk.

After many trials to install WebUI Stable Diffusion the “official “ way, I found the only solution that worked for me from Moderator DavidDDD:

At last, it worked on my Orin Nano!

I still have not been able to get it to build.

I did get success just running it like this though from a prebuilt image. I really hope the whole situation with the site being down is solved soon.

jetson-containers run daivdl487/stable-diffusion-webui:r36.4.3
