Jetson-io.py error

hi, i am using nvidia jetson for the first time. Can you give me information about what I should do in the order that I will use the pwm pin for the first time?
Pins 33 and 35 can be set as pwm, but /opt/nvidia/jetson-io/jetson-io.py
When I write the code, the interface does not open. Please inform.
