please also share the Jetpack release you’re using. please check $ cat /etc/nv_tegra_relaese for confirmation.
since it’s the camera ribbon flex, please also check your camera connections, you should have correct pin directions.
furthermore, please attach kernel logs (i.e. $ dmesg > klog.txt) for digging into the actual failure.
