1.Enable WoL - ethtool -s eth0 wol g
2.Put system to sleep by command - sudo systemctl suspend
3.tie PCIE_WAKE pin (pin179) to GND --nothing happen
4. use Magic Packet wake-up --nothing happen
5. tie PWR_BTN (pin 240) to GND – system wake up

How to fix wake-up from PCIE_WAKE and eth0 WOL issue?

Orin Nano wake on lan is not supported on jetpack6 yet.

Does JetPack 5.1.1 support this? Or which version can support it?

No, not supported either but we have plan for rel-36.

Unfortunately, Jetson Linux 36.4 still fail.

The method to fix Issue 4868022 is included in the release notes.
PWR_BTN wake up can be fixed.
