Dear Forum,

I would like to know if there’s any physical difference (in terms of silicon for example) between the official Jetson Orin Nano Development Kit released sometime in 2023 at $449 and the newer Jetson Orin Nano Super Development Kit in released December 2024 at $249, please ?

We recently purchased the Jetson Orin Nano Super Development Kit from a local importer / distributor but visually there’s no explicit way to identify if it is the original one or the newer one.

Hi @khang.l4es, there is not a physical difference in appearance or makeup of the kit, it is a software/firmware update that enables increased performance via a new 25W clock/power configuration.

Thanks @dusty_nv for the clarification. I still feel a little bit " unjust" for ones who had purchased the original version :)
