Is it possible to increase the maximum CPU frequency on the Jetson Nano Orin Developer Kit beyond the default 1.5 GHz by using a newer version of JetPack firmware? Or is the maximum CPU frequency limited by hardware constraints that cannot be modified with firmware updates?
