I used hard-coded h264 on orin nx and set the bitrate, but it didn’t work. I set the bitrate to 500kbps, but the final output was about 200kbps. What could be the reason? But it’s normal when using soft coding.

Please try latest Jetpack 6.2.1. If the issue is present on the latest version, please share the gst-launch-1.0 command for replicating the issue. We can set up developer kit and check.
