Jetson TX2 4GB Mechanical Question

I am having a little difficulty understanding the NVIDIA thermal guide document in regards to what is included with the TX2 4GB. Does a heat sink and fan come with the TX2 4GB version? Both are shown in Figure 3-15 (page 20) using the 4 outermost 3.5 dia. holes. Can anyone help confirm?

Also, if the heat sink and fan is NOT included is there cooler master part number for the fan assembly that is shown?
