Jetson TX2 NX Heat Sink

Hello,

According to Xavier NX or Nano Dev Kit, there are heat sinks are combined on the modules.

When I checked the Jetson TX2 NX Module, the holes for heat sink is different as other kinds of modules.

could I know when the dev kit would be launched?

or could i know any information of heat sink for Jetson TX2 NX?

Please refer to the TX2 NX docs in DLC for the information.

No, there is no information there about the heatsink for the TX2 NX, as I found myself in the same situation as insung.ok.
But finally the heatsink can be obtained here: Aluminum Heatsink with Fan for Jetson TX2 NX Module - Seeed Studio (not in stock right now though).
Or: NVIDIA Jetson TX2 NX Active Heatsink (095-0102-000)
