Xavier NX run without heatsink?

Can I run an Xavier NX at all on a Jetson Nano breakout board without any heatsink? I’m not in a position to make my own. Thanks.

Hi @LChachayma, the SoC die and other active components are in a different position on Xavier NX module, so I don’t think you would be able to re-use the Jetson Nano heatsink to provide effective cooling.
