I would like to ask if this battery is usable.

I read that the specification says the rated power is 5.5VDC: 14.5A ~ 19.6VDC: 4.74A. I would like to ask if using this battery will cause damage to the TX2. ?

The voltage level is safe and the real current consumption depends on the use case running on TX2. You should measure the power consumption and calculate the working time.
