Jetson Xavier NX Booting fail

hello
While running using Jetson Xavier NX module
After power off & power on, there is a symptom of not booting.

The debug log is attached as below.
It fails to boot and continues into recovery mode.
I see Thermal config & MEMIO rail config Fail message, what does it mean?

Attempting to flash the module again fails…
Can you tell me what could be the problem?

Are you using devkit carrier board or with your custom carrier board?
Which JetPack you’re using?
Which Xavier NX module you’re using? with eMMC?

I’m using a custom carrier board, and I’m using Jetpack 4.6 version.
The flash is on the emmc and is an 8G module.

Hi JinSH,

Could you help to flash latest JP4.6.3(R32.7.3) to verify?

Could your board boot up before?
Do you have any flash log from your host side for further check?

sorry for the late reply
No matter which jetpack you download, the symptoms are the same…
I am attaching the host log for downloading version 4.6.3, so please check it.
Thank you

Are you using the standalone Ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04 as your host PC for SDKM?
Please make sure your USB connection during flash or just change another port or cable.
